How to Cook Spicy Pinakbet (in pictures)

Dining outside is fun especially for a food lover like me, but cooking dishes yourself and serving it to your loved ones in the comfort of your own house while playing your kind of music in the background AND seeing how they love what you prepared for them — that’s priceless.

Now, I’ve always loved “Pinakbet”. It’s a Filipino dish that has pork, shrimp paste, and a lot of vegetables. I never learned how to cook it but I figured it won’t be so difficult.

Thus, my first attempt…

Burp! And, yes, my housemate (and pooch) loved it! 🙂
